Nurtured Labor $125

$125 This class is design to make you and your partner a team in labor.  This class has multiple tools to put in your labor "tool box".   Be not bored and engaged and learning and learning your strengths in labor and self care tricks for postpartum. This fun and interactive class is 2.5 hours for a four week series. ( 4-5 couples max)

First days Nurtured Choice $35

We over often over estimate that we will know to what we really know once our babies are  babies once born, I did and I worked with babies everyday.   I want you to feel secure and strong in caring for your newborn.  Lets talk about the best way to take a temp, how to soothe, how much crying is normal, how often bathe, how much do they really sleep, how do you get birth certificate, when to venture into the world?. And so much more in this class!!! Diapers are easy it's the rest sheesh!!  (2.5-3 hrs)

Nurtured Breastfeeding $35

A breastfeeding class that gives you confidence in feeding your newborn. Presented in a way that makes sense to you and helps you know when its going great and when you might need some help.  This class helps your partner support you to get the "team" off to a great start.  Factual and useful information that benefits you through your nursing "career". Presented by an IBCLC with 18 years experience. (2.5-3hrs)

Lactation Home Visit 50$-125$

Whether you want someone to make sure it going well or you need help supplementing this service covers the full range.  10 plus years of helping hundreds of moms. Priced based on service need. ( 1-2 hours)

Understanding your infants sleep $40

This is NOT a sleep training class.  This class is a class that help you understand you infants sleep the why and the hows of infant sleep.  The possible patterns of sleep and  tricks to help give you confidence.  Evidenced based information to help you make the best decisions for you and your family. (2.5 hours)

New Moms Groups Nurturing Mama $80

This is the group you need more then you know. Come together with other new moms and find your  village of support.  Guest speakers to provide you with information that is helpful and relevant.  RN and lactation consultant as group facilitator. I want to provide you with information that isn't an easy goole search.  A non-judgement environment for all. No matter what your birth or parenting choices this is for you.
