 After scheduling, please check your CHARM HEALTH/LEGACYPERINATAL email for your welcome email and portal health invite.

Please note that all times include a 45-60-minute drive. A lactation appointment is generally 120 minutes, and the assessment of the newborn or of the mom is 45 minutes. If your appointment is a 9 I will see you 9-11am and so on.
